Use GPIO0 and GPIO2 with door magnet sensor and switch

I use ESP8266-01 with espeasy and domoticz. I have situation to connect door magnet (switch) to gpio0 and GND, a and switch on gpio2 and GND. Everything works fine, I get what I wont from it. If the door is closed I get closed and if door is locked I get locked.
But the problem is when power on the ESP8266 and the door are closed and locked it goes to bootloader mode, right?
I surfed, but cant seem to get where I have to put the resistor to get it working even when the gpio0 is to gnd.
Please advise, thanks.
