... and you don't see the normal "Configuring Access Point ..." on any of those with the binary I've sent ?
Are you sure that you didn't forget to put back HIGH Level (PullUps) on both GPIO0 and GPIO2 to return to EXEC mode ?

From 4K7 to 10K should be Ok.
