#31581 Have you seen this?

This 3.3V Buck Converter Breakout board is great for supplying power to low voltage circuits from a single Li-Ion cell battery or USB power. This chip provides up to 600-mA load current across the entire input voltage range of 3.5 to 5.5V.

#31591 Using that Lipo charger board and placing an ams 1117-3 behind it wil not work. The 1117 needs an input voltage of min. output voltage + 1.5V.
As the max voltage is 4.25V on the board this is lower then the needed 4.8V.
You need to place two lipo's in series.
But the charger boards cannot be linked.
