UART USB COM RS232 TTL PL2303 Arduino (http://aukro.cz/show_item.php?item=5737246370)
(aukro.cz is local "ebay" but items arrive next monday)

after small delay i get today new usb to ttl, and yes flashing new firmware now 100% working!
Many thanks for everybody, programer was last thing i suspect because communication work ok
and i used it to program arduino mini before.
