Hello is there a pullup resistor in the esp8266-01 circuit board
If I pull gpio0 pin down I get some noise on the voltage.

Hi, about 100k internal. Best to put a 10k external pullup on GPIO 0, 2 and pull down on15 (not all boards break 15 out).
