ESP8266 Community Forum

Is there good way to tell the bad modules from the good ones? That would be w/o removing the cover? I noticed one on ebay with green pcb.

ESP-07 bought from ebay red power led works great so far and came with AT version:0.21.0.0 SDK version:0.9.5 .
I can post the seller if anyone is interested.

Battling with an ESP-07 right now, had some questions for you "veterans":

- Is it only the blue power light ones that have had this problem?
- Were you able to see bootloader output, or nothing at all?

(Mine is red power light and I can see bootloader output. But nothing otherwise)

HAHA, ok nevermind - had my RX/TX labels backwards on the silkskreen (of my board)

@ claudiuid could you please tell me who you purchased your from? I bought a few and they are not working and I do not have hot air station to rotate the resonator...
