- Sat Apr 30, 2016 2:30 pm #46576 Not sure if this helps but this is the setup I have with exception it is not an Arduino but ATMEGA328P-PU, would you know anything that would be possibly stopping the ESP receiving the message based on this setup.

You can try smaller sketches to diagnose, something like counters there are echos from ESP to Arduino and vice-versa ...
If that work, you can add TCP Telnet server in the ESP so you can telnet into it and then send commands to Arduino, etc.
