It's an internal Cadence (former Tensilica) list, I don't think it's accessible from the outside, sorry.
I'll get back if I get any response there.

Ah, fair nuf, I was hoping it was an external one my l33t Google-skills just didn't turn up. And thanks, I'd really like a gcc for this thing.

One of those, yes. I'm mostly working on xtensa linux and related free/open source software.
