It is the 2.2.0 stable arduino environment.
Keep in mind that this is still a mixed bag right now and that there is still much development going on.
I would not suggest using this branch at all yet until all of the commands have been redone with the new format.
It is going to be a bit of a process and I hope to have all of the docs and examples completed prior to release.
Because of this I can offer no support at all on this version until it is complete.
