Posted: Thu Jun 21, 2018 6:37 amI built a tiny YouTube-counter that doubles as a clock for my sister last year using an ESP-01 and an OLED, just because it otherwise wouldn't fit the 3D-printed box (believe me, I tried).
Although they're not entirely useless, there aren't many applications where the use of an ESP-01 could be justified.
