A data to be sent via TCP/IP port will be transmitted over rs232. in the same way, data coming over rs232 will be transferred over TCP/IP with the same port.Serial communucation transfering . I have esp8266 and rs232(to ttl) anyone help me .

Do you mean something like a transparent serial bridge?
