Just commited a few fixes for PWM and "bounce" mode. No release or firmware yet.

The name isn't quite appropriate anymore I guess. I am thinking of something like "universal i/o bridge for esp8266"...

Just added GPIO12 and GPIO13 (for use as input/output/pwm/bounce, whatever you like). I had to wait until I had wired them up to actual leds...
