Please hepl me. Is it possible to send and get data to google spearsheet. I spend almost my week to try but every thing is not work wiht me.

You ask if it's possible, but mention you have spent a week trying to get it working? Do you have code we can look at? It's certainly possible to do but don't expect any of us to program an example for you, that would take the fun out of learning for you. 
It has been achieved with an arduino and if you use something like NodeMCU it wouldn't be too hard to use the existing code on that website to get a working program. Good luck
