Have anyone been able to get the HMC5883L working with NodeMCU? Spent quite some time on it and all I am getting is 255 readings on all components. Any insight will be much appreciated.

I just started playing around with it last night. I can get data to show up, but the compass headings don't seem to change when I rotate the module.

hbouzas have you had any luck with the HMC5883L? This project just fell back on my plate again.
