But I though COAP requires IPv6? Does the esp8266 have working IPv6?

- Sun Sep 21, 2014 4:17 pm #798 With a bit of luck we can find a small DTLS implementation somewhere. I've run CoAP before (over IPv4) but that was unencrypted - I relied on my firewall to protect the device.

Do you have any experience with DTLS?
