#19204 Well, the problem went away mysteriously. I took the module to my workbench and hooked up a household lamp. The problem persisted, so I followed Cal's advice and notice searching for "relay reboot", there is a lot of discussion that maybe voltage and wires acting as an antenna to the EMI when the relay is switched on. Voltage issues can be resolved by placing caps on. So I started to play around with these solutions and the problem away, then I stripped the added jumpers when I was debugging and various caps, all the problem stay away until I am back at the original board. So I do not have a solution, I am back at the basic wiring soldered onto protoboard and using a 5v powered relay module. So I do not know what was causing the problem.. So not much help to others, but do look up "relay reboot" in forum..

Thanks for the comments
