Full documentation is not significantly different than what is posted here. Many important things are simply missing from the documentation. Even simple things like how much RAM/ROM does the chip really have?

Almost all docs that you get under NDA are leaked :-)

The Econotag is very similar to what you are building. It is open source hardware.

Mar is a very good RF engineer. Maybe you can use his antenna design since your are on a larger PCB.
