Need help to connect to 8266 over USB

Hi

Im new to this and have LOLin board, this one works fine. But now I have also few ESP8266 12F and an USB connector, sadly I have no clue how to wire them, there no doc's not info about the pins.. can someone help me with that?

Something like PIN 1 -> VCC and so on would help... Seems I can't figure it out :(

According to the wiring shown on first pictures, it doesn't match with the second picture.
It looks like you reverse the connector upside down.

To verify the pinout, you should take a multimeter and check every pins of the header against the chip itself, especially easy if it is a CH340 or CH341. Even for other kind of chips, simply download their datasheets.

actually ur right this one is messed up ... well I have now kinda 30x 8266 8mbit 4mbit ... but most of them are dev boards so no problem to connect...

for 12f I can flash it ... but when i set GPIO2 to high its all done the chip itself dont even flash the light... but im glad u did answer it seems u have a lot of exp for that ... im usually programmer so i dont like the soldering part... and there so many different ... well i did ask a proper question when i gather myself together :ugeek:
