Once you flash the ESP with other firmware, the previous one will be overwritten.

I personally think you're better off with everything else than AT commands, but if you want to reflash your ESP with an AT command set, you can get it from the website of the manufacturer. :idea:
The latest version at this time is ESP8266 AT Bin V1.7.0.
