#9910 Hi all,

I can't flash any firmware to my ESP8266 anymore. My ESP (model 03) goes into bootloader mode, but XCOM fails to upload the new firmware:

Invalid head of packet

I used the standard AT firmware for this example. The node mcu flash tool also fails to upload the nodemcu firmware.

VCC is connected to 3.3V
GND is connected to GND
GPIO15 is connected to GND
GPIO0 is connected to GND
CH_PD is connected to 3.3V

I hookes up a 470uF capacitor between VCC and GND. There are not any drops in de voltage. What could be wrong?

#10177 Yeah I have the same problem but I can't even get the ready message. I got it at one point but I think I might have bricked it because at whatever baud I still can't get it. I really hope someone helps us. :? My post is here if you want to read it: http://www.esp8266.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1687
