New High Capacity Module? 4M ESD-12

I saw this one pop up on AliExpress: Large-capacity flash-4M ESP8266 serial WIFI ESD-12

$3.60 / piece
4M flash module!

Is this true? Does the standard ESP-12 module include this much flash, or is this actually a new special module??

Anyone else seen high capacity modules in the wild asside from the 2MB units from Omilex?

The question is: Is it 4MB or 4Mb. We're already using 4Mb (512KB).

The Ebay guy in the USA has these now as well.

He says they are 4mbyte in the description:
