#84102 Hello everyone
Today I faced a weird problem that I don't know how to solve it
I made my custom ESP8266EX board based on ESP12 (actually Adafruit feather huzzah)
the prototype board is up and running very well for long time so I decided to make 500 boards
I sent the components and PCB to a small SMT factory and have them assemble it
When I received the complete board, I upload the code using on board serial adapter (CH340) and only half of the boards (about more than 250 boards) work (flashed and worked)
So I check the soldering and found no problem at all, I replace the ESP8266EX chip (from the working board to the dead board) and everything is work just fine-> PCB and others components is fine
I dont think that reflow process killed half of the ICs
Please tell me how to check if my "brand new dead" ESP8266EX still can be revived
thanks alot
sorry for my bad English!
