Values for resistors for low powered applications

I would like to ask about values of resistance in low powered applications. I know datasheet and a lot of other sources recommend the pull up resistance on RST, GPIO0, GPIO2, CH_EN is 10k-12kOhm... But It is not better to put there bigger values for example 100kOhm to reduce current consumption and then longer battery life?
