I recognise this. At this point RF calibration takes places, which takes a lot of power (far more than using normal operation). So make sure your power supply can deliver at least 500 mA without dipping and add a big capacitor (think 1000 uF).

I tried to use a Raspberry Pi4 power supply (5V 3A), connect a LED to a GPIO but the problem remains...at the first boot the LED turns on, then after 10 sec. it enters in a 30 sec. deep sleep.
After 30 sec. nothing happens, the LED stays off.
I have to power off the ESP...

You say you are using a ESP-12E module and a Raspberry Pi PS. The latter is 5V whereas the ESP needs 3.3V so I assume you are using some regulator in between. Could it be the regulator you are using is the source of the problem?

I note that HiLetgo do various modules from raw ESP-12E to a Wemos lookalike which includes an on board regulator. So you need to say what module you are using.

I'm using this one:

it has the micro USB port where I connected the Raspberry Pi power supply.
