All devices will be turn ON at same time and will send data with 90 seconds delay

But if the devces are not in the same location how do you get them all to wake up at the same time?

They are in same location, they are working on timer, as worst case i assume that they can communicate at same time, thought mostly it will not happen.

if you think ESP now is not good approach can you please advise what else could be? please note that sensor nodes are battery operated we can use option with least battery consumption.

I still can't think of a reason why not all sensors / sensor modules can be handled by just one ESP2866, especially when they're within a few inches of each other?

If you read hardware related requirements for ESP32 its clearly said they can't be placed near each others, i wanted to know if rule is same for esp8266
