1. Which pin is EXT_LFC, and
2. What to I have to strap to what to choose the external clock? VDD_RTC to ground?

EDIT: Also, is this specific to ESP8266EX? I can't find mention of this on some older documentation:

- Thu Oct 09, 2014 5:47 pm #1492 Pin 5 is VDD_RTC, and AFAICT, it is only a power supply pin used when the chip is in deep sleep mode to feed the internal RTC clock, it is not an RTC clock input.
