i have made this on a pcb and its working ok. now i want to add a fuse on 230v . Can anybody guide me where i should add the fuse for protection.

I hope not, since ULN2003 or ULN2803 are rated for 500mA/50VDC maximum. Also, they are driving DC not AC.
It should only drive the relay coil with DC, which I hope in this case is lower, something like 12VDC or 24VDC.
