Are you appending CR and LF to your AT commands?

No i am not using.
Do i have to apply CR and LF in minicom ?

Then what i have to send something like this AT+CR+LF

Thanks its working.
the problem is CR, LF. i pressed Enter and the Ctrl-j and it works (some limitation of Minicom)
