No i am not using.

No, you don't type that. You set your terminal to append a carriage return and a line feed to your commands when you hit enter.

Thanks its working.
the problem is CR, LF. i pressed Enter and the Ctrl-j and it works (some limitation of Minicom)

RESET pin high current for external circuit
