No, it's still running with -01 units only. I moved he module so that the on-board antenna is horizontal, therefore giving the best exposure to the router three floors below. It's really amazing how much range the -01 has.

Quick question on the sensor boards, how much did it cost you to make up the oshpark/hdc1080 modules?

The HDC1080 is $4.40 from DIgiKey, plus shipping. Oshpark board is $1.85 for 3 boards. Each board has 2 resistors, a capacitor, and 4 pins, which together add a few pennies. Depending on how many boards you make up it's about $7 each. The Sparkfun board design is nice, the pull-up resistors are each connected to power by soldering across two pads. The NodeMCU already has pull-ups so I disconnected the sensor board pull-ups when I had the sensor connected to my NodeMCU.
