RTOS SDK: Changing FreeRTOS configTICK_RATE_HZ to 1000Hz

Hello,

I need a timer accuracy of 1ms, preferably without using Hardware timers.

Is it possible to change the default configTICK_RATE_HZ of 100Hz to 1000Hz?
