Connection problem between computer and ESP8266

i am sorry for my bad english, i`m working on it.
My problem is, that my laptop (Windows 10 64 bit) cant connect to my ESP8266 with nodemcu loaded. The ESP8266 isnt showed in the device manager. The latest CP210x drivers are installed (the chip should be a CP2102). What can I do to fix the problem?

I want clear information.
Do you have any software to run AT COMMAND or create any program with AT COMMAND?
Which controller you are used?
Why because i have same issues.
So, i moved to LINUX and used MINI-COM to run directly my ESP8266 WIFI MODULE through AT COMMANDS.
And last you have to give proper delay at least 4 seconds or 7 seconds.
Check hardware connection always.
