Hello all,
I have a ESP-01 ESP8266 and a ESP-01S RGB LED. I use a AC 85-265V to DC 5V 6A 30W Switch Power Supply for LED Strip Lights. But i first had only the first light that turned on. So i Googled and found some post that say i need a logic level converter. So i bod a SparkFun Logic Level Converter - Bi-Directional. Now i have the LV and GND of the converter connecsignal wire from the ted to the 3.3v end GND of my raspberry Pi 3B+. I have connected the HV to the 5v and GND of the Pi. I connected the yellow wire of the ESP-01S RGB LED to the LV of the converter and the 5v from converter is connected to the signal wire of the ledstrip. But when i turn on the power only the fist 4 lights turn up. When i disconnect the power all light fliker up for a sec. What is it that i am doing wrong here?
