Can't flash my ESP - "warning: espcomm_sync failed"

Hi,
so I have NodeMCU2 (with CP2102 chip) with ESP8266. I wanted to flash some simple program to it, but I can't do it as I'm getting this output when doing so from Arduino IDE:
Code: Select allwarning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed

I was following this site to troubleshoot this problem - https://arduino-esp8266.readthedocs.io/ ... ailed.html but it didn't help.
So yes, I've checked, if I'm using correct serial port, I've tried slower upload speed, my ESP should be in boot loading mode ( after resetting for programming I get "ets Jan 8 2013,rst cause:2, boot mode:(1,7)" ). To be honest I have no idea, what else can I try to make it work.
I'm open to any ideas.

Don't worry, this time you were faster, it took only 3 days :D
Don't take it to yourself, I know you have to have free time, so I understand you don't do it so quickly.
