Can't connect ESP-01

So, I have unknown 1 LED ESP-01. I tried connecting it by this method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ao5XcORsYxA&t=131s .
This not worked, when I connect my Arduino to power ESP-01 blinks one time, but it doesn't show in Arduino IDE. What to do?

Buy a development board (they're equally cheap), before working with ESP modules.
