#78530 Hi guys,
Bit of a newbie here, but I have a question.

I have searched everywhere about this but cant seem to find an answer. I am interested in setting up a switch on the esp2866 board that switches off and on a relay via Wi-Fi. That seems easy. I'm also want to put a tactile switch as an input so I can switch the same relay on and off. Found out how to do that but not together. My question is can I use the both switches together on the esp board to switch on the same relay?
My goal is to put 2 tactile switches and 2 Wi-Fi switches to run 2 separate relays. So switch 1 and Wi-Fi switch 1 run relay 1 while other 2 switches run 2nd relay. However, if I select the first relay is switched on I then want the second relay to turn off as I don't want them running together.

Can someone tell me if this is possible, and point me in the right direction to learn how to do it.

Thanks in advance

#78679 Sorry for the very late reply.

There is a story on my weblog that almost does what you want, control a relay by wifi
and by a real switch you can read the sory here:

I made it so that manual control overrides wifi.
That way if you are home you can control the switch and can
not be surprised by someone remote controlling it for you.....
The software can be altered easily to your own liking.
