Trying to make a detector for the door buzzer

I’m not sure the best way to proceed
I would like to make a detector for the door buzzer.
I tried with a microphone with a level trigger ... but it was too close to voice levels.

I also have this microphone but I’m not sure of the sampling rate I’d need and if that would work with the esp8266

The buzzer is a “high” pitched trilling noise.
I’m not sure of the best way to tackle this.
