Hi,
I have several ESP-01's, but am having trouble getting them to do anything at the moment and cant see why, I tried flashing some code from the arduino interface which flashed correctly, but then i got the serial output, i could scan for wifi networks but it wouldnt work as an AP or client. So I reverted back to the AI-thinker AT command firmware and have the same problem, i can scan for networks but I try to connect to my home network i just get error 4 which I believe is just cannot connect. I have tried 3-4 esp-01's now and it is the same with all of them.
to power it I am using a CT1085 3.3v with two 10uf caps for smoothing, checked the output voltage is in the ballpark and it is 3.28v, just dont get where I am going wrong????
