Hi all,
I have a swimming pool and have 2 gadget that show what the ph is of the pool water and how much chlorine there is in it.
The problem is that the led displays are in the pump house down the garden where I don’t often go.
What I want to do is use a node mcu to email me the values every day.
Both units have led displays, how would I get the figures into the esp?

You need a PH and Chlorine sensor, hopefully they give you an analog out that can be easily read.... I am sure there are many devices on the market to do this... not sure how cheap they will be.... but I am sure there are people out there that have done this!

Yeah I’ve got those, they were not cheap. I want to use what I have to interigate or photo and email to me is a possibility.

For a remote image of the display you could use a serial jpg camera interfaced to the esp8266
