I am interested in having several (up 15) esp8266's monitoring separate area's and simply sending back to an Arduino whether that area is occupied or not. Then I will have Arduino respond to that digital state of occupied or not.
Is this possible without going through clouds and internet. I would not mind using local WIFI router.
