I forgot to mention - I've also tried pulling up GPIO02. Same result. However, even if not pulled-up, I see GPIO02 is 3.3V, so is it necessery?

RUN:
0,2,EN,RST with 10K to VCC
15 with 10k to GND

FLASH:
0 to GND and rest same as RUN 8-)

GPIO15 pulled down but not able to program or run ESP12E
