- Sat Jul 04, 2020 8:50 pm #87772 I remembered I bought 10 old blue board modules 5 years ago, I tried hooking them up but the firmware is too old to be useful.

I tried upgrading to the latest version, which works, but doesn't persist settings, so I tried the NONOSSDK 1.5.3 Eagle files, but that just makes it go in a bootloop..

What is a reasonable firmware I can flash on these devices?

- Fri Nov 27, 2020 9:45 pm #89596 Not an answer to your question, but to say that I too am trying to find that firmware. I bought 10 of the ESP8266-01 boards two years ago and now want to deploy them but can't seem to find the right firmware to update them first.
