ESP8266 to graph on Andriod App..

I have installed a mini 12v solar array that charges 12v bank of batteries.
I use if to run 12v led lamps during night time and my fibre routers. I works fairly well!
I want to use a current sensor on both the incoming (from Solar panels) and outgoing current from the batteries to the load. I also want to monitor the voltage on the batteries.
What I'm looking for is an Andriod App that can give me a graphical indication of the above mentioned parameters.
The updates could be every 5 minutes or user settable. Any suggestions?
