Esp causes router to crash

Hi,

I have a problem when connecting my ESP to my laptop by USB. It seems that every time I do so, my wifi network crashes, meaning that all my connected devices (laptop, phone, etc.) loose their connection to their internet.

Anyone had a similar issue?

Hi, you didn't mention exactly which ESP board you're using. Someone faced a similar issue with ESP-01 :
