We are planning to build a simple wifi rechargable battery charged. Plan to use simple typical 3.7V 2500mAh Lithium-Ion USB Rechargable battery or similar hardware. Android app showing % of battery charged. Any demo kit readily avaulable? Please tell us where to find such simple kits and source codes? Thank you.

Sorry, do not mean 12V acid battery in vehicles.
We mean the 3.8V rechargable used Lithium battery inside cell phone.
Will already have ESP8266 wifi microcontroller inside.
Seek circuit to show % of charge of this rechargable Lithium battery, just like cell phone does.
