#30465 Hi

I´m just a beginner in programming lua and at the moment trying to setup a DHT11 sensor.

For that reason I tried to use actual modules from github provided with the actual firmware.

But when i upload or by an example script try to use the dht_lib.lua I got an error message:

stdin:1: ')' expected near ']'

Can anybody help to fix this problem?

Thank you very much!

#30475 Try to replace all the characters "[" and "]" in all the comments. It my by your problem.
edit: I am test it with Lualoader. Upload Binary is OK, but Upload Text is wrong -> stdin:1: ')' expected near ']'
Example:
Code: Select all----Auto Select the DHT11/DHT22 By check the byte[1] && byte[3] -------
change to
----Auto Select the DHT11/DHT22 By check the byte*1* && byte*3* -------
