CBDB - I2C Driver - MCP9808 ±0.5°C Temperature Sensor

As far as I know this is the first working implementaion for MCP9808 chip, a ±0.5°C Maximum Accuracy Digital Temperature Sensor, working OK on the new floating point NodeMCU version.
