- Mon Apr 13, 2015 12:08 pm #14379 Connecting to a Iphone hotspot is no problem, since it requires a passphrase only, but I try to connect to a Telenet hotspot (TelenetWiFree), which reauires user identification. When connecting to TelenetWiFree with my Iphone, the Iphone prompts for Username as well as Password, and that is exactly what I don't know how to accomplish with the ESP8266.

Further to the suggestion to analyze the datastream when connecting to the hotspot, I have not succeeded to accomplish this yet; I tried to configure a MAXXTER ACT-WNP-RP-002 WiFi repeater/AP/client interfaced to my PC running Fiddler, but with no success so far.
