Yes, I have similar problems too.
From the 1st release on I had the problem that:
- sometimes multiple files of the same name appeared
- sometimes a new upload of init.lua would fail every time, then removing init.lua manually resulted in a reboot, and init.lua was till there.
- sometines an upload of an existing file would fail every time.
I have a feeling too that this mainly occurred when I was testing updated versions of .lua files.
The only way to resolve the issues was flashing the firmware again.
Since "a few" releases I have trouble with file handling resulting in reboots.
In version 2014-12-04 I have not noticed any trouble with file handling. I have started to notice spontaneous reboots when handling files in version 2014-12-07 (I think!). Using the lhhtp websever, web pages (coming from files) that served OK in the older version were (sometimes) not served in the newer versions. Sometimes AFTER the 1st unplanned reset the requested webpage was served OK. Refreshing this page resulted in reboot again.
Hoped that it can be fixed soon.
