Just for fun I copied a standard HTML file implementing a calculator from:
http://www.wikihow.com/Create-a-Calculator-Using-HTML

Copied to the ESP webserver, and presto, the first $4 wifi calculator in the world ;)
Nice example for building ESP pages with buttons, output fields, etc.
